1. Media submitted through the online portal 

2. Received by a copy editor

3. After edits, the copy editor will return the piece to the author for revision 

4. After revision, the piece will be returned to the editor

5. Steps 3-4 repeated at the discretion of the copy editor 

6. The piece is sent to the editorial staff for the final decision on publication after it is deemed suitable by the copy editor (the author will remain anonymous during this process) 

7. If the piece is deemed suitable by the editorial staff it will be published in the next issue of Hendrix Scientific
